Weekly Groom Hour
Groom – a mini salon tucked away in the back of Selfridges – is awesome; a series of on hour treatments performed by one or two therapists designed to get you the most of your time and money.
The Groom Weekly treatment (£100) is the best value – includes a manicure, pedicure, back and neck massage, eyebrow tidy and facial. The therapists work together combining their work so you get a massage on your legs at the same time as you would on your neck and head. Clever. They finish with your manicure, each working on one hand. Neat.
Not only is it quick, but it’s also good quality – one of the best mini-facials I’ve ever had; a great manicure, soothing head rub.
Venue: 4/5 – clean and fresh; you could find the noise from the rest of store distracting, but I didn’t.
Treatment: 5/5 – no complaints here, all excellent; they even touched up my nail polish when I smudged it.
Value: Starts at £100 a session, for one hour. Good value, worth the three figure hit.
Would I pay for it again? Yes.

A soothing half hour wonder. Perfect if you’ve just had a lengthy morning meeting with your ranty boss. £60, Selfridges and Knightsbridge. Review here. […]
