Every now and again a product falls into your lap that makes you feel good. For the right reasons. All for Eve is one of those brands.

All for Eve basically works with lots of other lovely brands to make beauty anbd lifestyle products which it then sells, with all net profits going to The Eve Appeal, a charity that supports women’s cancers.

The brand is the brainchild of George Hammer (chairman of The Urban Retreat Group at Harrods) who wanted to do something that would honour his sister’s memory whilst raising funds and awareness into the research of gynaecological cancers.

The initial capsule collection was launched this spring and is made up of luxury bath and body products created by Urban Retreat, including a bath and shower gel, body lotion, body butter, scrub and a sensational hand cream that made a beeline for my handbag and hasn’t moved from there since! They also focus in on their branded colours with a blinding red lipstick created by make-up artist Daniel Sandler; a electrifying red nail polish by leading nail technician Sophy Robson. There’s also a very cool Swarovski crystal nail file which is equally happy nestled in my handbag and already somewhat overused!

Even more excitingly, the brand is in conversation with Elemis, Alpha-H, Mamma Mio and Emma Hardie with a view to create Limited Edition Products that will launch towards the end of this year and early next year. And a capsule fashion collection with Rock & Republic is also set to launch in the summer of 2011. Can’t wait.

The branding on this is great, clean and modern, with soft lines and bold colour statements. Pricing starts at £4.95 and goes up to £12, which makes it an excellent mid to low market  buy.

You can buy the products in Harrods, Fenwick, Fortnum & Mason, Harvey Nichols, selected Boots
stores and online.
